Game, DLC, and Season Pass can be returned 14 days after purchase with no download, stream, especially played.
In-game items/consumables will only be applied when you launch the game, then if you haven't launched the game for the last 14 days, in-game items/consumables can be processed refund. If the purchase of in-game items is done in the game (for example FIFA Pack), the purchase cannot be returned because it is immediately transferred to the game.
Pre-orders can be processed refunds as long as within 14 days after the transaction, and also the game has not been downloaded or stream at all.
The game bundle can be returned, again as long as it has not been downloaded or stream.
Subscriptions can be processed refund even when service has been active, but the refund will be cut according to how long the service has been active.
